Your account and data
In shortYour account page (the Your account link on My courses) holds your name, your password, whether we may send you tips and offers, a download of everything we hold about you, and the button that deletes your account.
Your name
Your name is printed on your certificate exactly as it appears here, so check the spelling before you sit an exam. Once a certificate has been issued the name can only be corrected by us: contact Support and we will re-issue it.
Your password
Change it from the account page with your current password. Every other device is signed out when you do. If you have forgotten it, use Forgotten password on the sign-in page and we email you a link that works once, for one hour.
Email from us
Emails about your courses, certificates and receipts always come. Tips, Regulations updates, new courses and offers come only if you want them: switch them off on the account page, or press the unsubscribe link at the foot of any of those emails.
Download my data
One JSON file with your account details, courses, orders, exam answers with their marks and feedback, notes and study time. It asks for your current password first.
Delete my account
Your name, email address, password, notes and the words you wrote in exams are erased at once and for good. The record that you bought a course, and that a certificate was issued, is kept for the time the law requires with nothing that names you; a certificate check then shows the holder as “Withdrawn”. Deletion waits only while an exam of yours is still being marked.
