Downloads
In shortDownloads holds a PDF pack for every course you have passed, a PDF of your notes once you have written any, and your certificates. Save them: they are yours to keep.
The course packs
Each pack is built for you when you download it, from your own answers. Inside:
- a cover with your name, the course, the date and your score;
- What you learnt: the key points of every module;
- How to put it to work: templates, checklists and the documents from the course;
- Your exam answers: every question, your answer, the marks and the feedback;
- Your notes: what you wrote while reading that course's modules, by module and step (only when you made any);
- the lessons in full, as an appendix.
A course you have not passed yet has no pack, so the table says Not passed yet beside it.
Your notes
Once you have written a note in any lesson, Download your notes (PDF) appears here too: every note you have, grouped by course and module, each under the step it was written on. It is built when you download it, so it is always up to date.
The certificate
Once you pass a course's exam, Download the certificate (PDF) appears here, with its code and a link to the public check page. See Your certificate.
If a download does not work
The packs are built on the server as PDFs, which takes a moment. If a download fails, try again in a minute; if it keeps failing, raise a ticket and say which course.
