Buying a course

In shortPick a course on Courses, press Buy, fill in the short form and pay on Stripe's secure page. Your sign-in is made when the payment goes through: we email you a link to set your password, then the course is on My courses.

Choosing a course

Courses lists every course with who it is for, how long it takes, the CPD hours and the price. Learn more opens the course page: the learning outcomes, the modules, the exam and what you leave with. Each course stands alone; you need nothing beyond knowing what CDM 2015 is.

The form

Each course is bought for one named person, the learner, whose name goes on the certificate. The form asks for your name (it goes on the certificate) and your email (it becomes your sign-in), and whether you are buying as a business; a business gives its name (and VAT number, if it has one) for the VAT invoice, and Stripe asks for the billing address. You confirm you are 18 or over and agree to the course terms.

Paying

Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page; your card details never reach us. The price shown includes VAT. When the payment goes through you come back to a page that says to check your inbox.

After you pay

Two emails arrive: one with a link to set your password (it lasts a few days) and one with your receipt and VAT invoice. Set your password and sign in; the course is waiting on My courses. If you already have a sign-in, the new course simply appears there. Look in your junk folder if nothing arrives in a few minutes.

Changing your mind

If you buy as a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of paying for a full refund, as long as you have not started the course. The first time you open a lesson or the exam inside those 14 days we ask you to confirm you want to start now, because starting ends the right to cancel. Business purchases are not refundable. See refunds and cancellation.
