Invoices and receipts
In shortEvery purchase is followed by an email with your receipt and VAT invoice. A business purchase carries the business's name on the invoice.
Your receipt and VAT invoice
Within a few minutes of paying you get an email titled "Your receipt and VAT invoice" with the course, the order reference (it begins CDMA-), the amount, the VAT and the invoice as a PDF. If the PDF is not ready when the email goes, the email carries a link to the invoice and the PDF follows in a second email.
Business details
Tick I am buying as a business on the buy form and give the business's name (and its VAT number, if it has one): the name is printed on the invoice, and the billing address you enter on Stripe's payment page is the address it carries. An issued invoice cannot be changed, so check the details before you pay.
A lost invoice
Every invoice is on Downloads when you are signed in: the Invoices list has one line per order, each with its VAT invoice as a PDF. If an invoice is not listed there (for example a course bought with a different email address), contact support with the order reference and we will send it again.
